甲方委托乙方猎聘人才，就相关事宜订立本，目的在于确定甲、乙双方的权利和义务，共同遵守如下条款：
一、甲方的权利和义务
1、甲方同意委托乙方猎聘___________职位___人，并付该职位两个月的正式月薪作为人才猎聘服务（咨询服务）费（分二次付款）。
2、甲方必须提供营业执照复印件，并填写《》，所填写的内容为本合同的附件，与本合同具有同等法律效力。
3、甲方在签订猎聘合同后，即支付乙方人才猎聘服务（咨询服务）费总额的30%作为寻访金。
4、如乙方在合同生效后的二十个工作日内未猎到符合甲方《招聘委托书》中所列条件的候提供甲方，甲方有权终止合同，乙方必须退回所有的寻访金，或者经双方协商同意也可以适当延长寻访；如果甲方已面试乙方提供的符合《招聘委托书》中所列条件的正式候选人，乙方将不再退还寻访金。
5、甲方如在面试时不满意乙方所推荐的人才，可要求乙方重新推荐人才面试，直至合约期满。
6、为保证乙方的工作顺利进行，甲方不能单独约见应聘者，面试由乙方安排，如有特殊情况约见，也必须乙方。
